Four Apple Manufacturers Launch Antitrust Complaint Against Qualcomm

So to bring your up to speed: Apple sued Qualcomm in January, then Qualcomm countersued in April looking for a ban on iPhone sales, then Apple told manufacturers to withhold licensing payments, and Qualcomm sued Apple in May, and now four of Apple's manufacturing partners (Foxconn parent Hon Hai Precision Industry Co, Wistron Corp, Compal Electronics Inc, and Pegatron Corp) are launching and antitrust complaint (Sheman Act) against Qualcomm with Apple paying for their legal needs and has joined as a defendant. Got all that? Yawn.

The lost license revenue from Apple has been a hit to Qualcomm's sales. Analysts expect $5.2 billion in revenue for the June quarter, down from $6 billion a year earlier.
