YouTube Wins German Appeal Over Artists' Fees

How many times can you appeal a case? This company lost once already, appealed that decision and lost again. Now they say they plan to appeal this decision?

A German court has handed Google another legal victory over German performing rights organization Gema, which had sought to make the company's video-sharing service YouTube pay each time users watch music videos by artists it represents. YouTube has introduced schemes that allow artists to earn money from advertising sold alongside their videos but many in the music business argue this does not go far enough.
