NASA Prepares ISS for Commercial Flights

NASA is busy preparing to remodel the International Space Station to receive some new guests. The ISS will not be welcoming aboard your standard Russian shuttled astronauts, but rolling out the red carpet for commercial crews delivered by contract from Boeing and SpaceX. Time to remodel the kitchen and scrub the bathroom, first impressions are everything. big grin

Since the retirement of the Space Shuttle fleet nearly four years ago, NASA and other space agencies have relied on Russia's Roscosmos to ferry crews to the ISS in Soyuz capsules launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
