Google Shuts Down Dedicated Motorola Mobility Sites

Google is in the process of shutting down dedicated Motorola Mobility sites around to world in an effort to save the company after purchasing it for $12.5 Billion a year ago. Google announced it would be cutting Motorola Mobility staff by 4000 workers.

Motorola has been struggling even before Google bought it last year, and now the losses are hurting its parent company too. Google is essentially trying to stop the bleeding. We won’t see the results of its efforts till next year, at the earliest.
