Apple, Google To Join Dow Jones Stock Index?

Could Google and Apple finally be joining the Dow Jones Stock Index? According to this article both companies could be, but no timeframe was given.

Also conspicuous by its absence from this elite list is Google (GOOG), the online advertising-and-search behemoth.
