AT&T Takes Last Place, Again

For the second year in a row, AT&T has taken the bottom spot on Consumer Report's annual satisfaction survey. Way to go AT&T! If you stay on track and really work at it, I can easily see you repeating this feat next year as well. Go team! big grin
