Supreme Court Refuses To Rule On Game Industry's $1.4M Attorney Fees

It looks as though the U.S. Supreme Court has declined to rule on a request by the gaming industry for attorney fees. Now they'll have to spend more money on attorneys to recover the $1.4M in attorney fees already owed to them. roll eyes (sarcastic)

The U.S. Supreme Court today declined to rule on a request by the video game industry for $1.4 million in attorneys' fees tied to the landmark video game freedom of speech decision earlier this year, opting instead to kick the request down to the circuit courts.
