Ebay Sells Stake In Craigslist Back To Craigslist

I guess eBay selling all its shares in Craigslist back to Craigslist is a good way to end all the lawsuits between the two companies.

EBay Inc said it has sold its 28.4 percent stake in Craigslist Inc back to the online classified advertising company. Under a confidential settlement agreement, all litigation between the companies will also be dismissed, eBay said in a blog post.
