While cord cutting has been a small but meaningful trickle, TV ratings have also taken a major hit over the last year -- in particularly children's programming. With Netflix now accounting for around 6$ of all TV viewing in the United States, Wall Street analysts estimate that Netflix was responsible for around 43% of the ratings decline networks witnessed last quarter.
