Visa Begins ‘Aggressive’ Rollout of PayPal Competitor Visa Checkout

Look out Paypal, Visa is beginning to get serious about its own payments service. Visa’s system called Visa Checkout, will be rolled out in seven new markets this week, with six more to follow later this year.

At the time of writing, Visa Checkout still seems restricted to the existing three countries, but the company does say that users in seven new countries will be able to sign up for the service from today, and another six countries will be added later in the year.
