Google Earth API Set to Retire Late Next Year

The once very popular Google Earth is set to retire on December 12th 2015. Usage of Google Earth has fallen off over the past year and even Google’s own Chrome Browser will drop support for the needed interface plugin.

Therefore, after careful consideration, we have decided to retire the Google Earth API. Per our deprecation policy, the API will be supported until one year from today and will be turned off on December 12, 2015.
