Judge: Give NSA Unlimited Access to Digital Data
A U.S. Court of Appeals Judge for the Seventh District spoke his mind this week at a conference about privacy and cybercrime. Judge Richard Posner feels that the NSA should have carte blanche access and use of information gathered when it comes to national security.
Much of what passes for the name of privacy is really just trying to conceal the disreputable parts of your conduct, privacy is mainly about trying to improve your social and business opportunities by concealing the sorts of bad activities that would cause other people not to want to deal with you.
