Amazon's Diversity Report Is Out, and It's Mostly White Dudes

No big surprise here. Amazon joined the bevy of major tech and social media companies that have released the figures of its employee diversity, or should we say lack thereof. As expected, Amazon looks amazingly like the other corporations having a majority of white males in management positions.

The company says it has several Affinity Groups that help provide "critical inputs and insights about where the company should focus its diversity efforts."
