Nintendo Takes Wii U Hostage Until You "Agree" To ToS

Could you imagine if other companies pulled this crap? What if GM pulled this one on you:

Dear Consumer,

We regret to inform you that your brand new Cadillac Escalade has been disabled because you refuse to accept an updated terms of service agreement for OnStar. Should you wish to resume using your vehicle, please contact customer support at your earliest convenience.

Instead, according to his video, the Wii U provides no option to decline the update, and blocks any attempt to access games or saved information by redirecting the user to the new EULA. The only way to regain the use of the device is to click "Agree."
