SanDisk’s Mind-Boggling New 512GB SD Card

SanDisk announced this week the company will be launching a new high capacity SD card. The high capacity description doesn’t exactly do justice to the 512GB memory card, but the price sure does. Prepare to spend big bucks for the privilege of owning the world’s highest capacity SD card.

The new Extreme Pro SD card features write speeds of up to 90 MB/s (megabytes per second), UHS Speed Class 3 (U3) recording speed to accommodate 4K video, and transfer speeds up to 95 MB/s. Not too shabby.
