If a Self-Driving Car Gets in an Accident, Who Is Liable?

This is what gives lawyers a reason to get up and go to work in the mornings: new laws. The self-driving car is gaining acceptance slowly across the country, state by state, but the basic premise of who is actually liable for damage caused by the car in a mishap is still up for debate.
