US Court Secretly Shares Megaupload Evidence

In the continuing saga of the case against Megaupload, it has been recently revealed that the US court system secretly shared evidence with interested copyright holders, violating Megaupload’s due process.

It is unclear what evils the Government fears defendants will inflict if provided notice of the Government’s submission, beyond having Defendants’ counsel come into court to make opposing arguments.
