Michael Dell Encourages Employees to Work from Home

It’s refreshing to see companies going against the trends and Michael Dell is doing just that. When many of the major companies are reversing their work from home policies to bring all employees back into the physical plant, Dell is doing just the opposite.

As part of the company's "2020 Legacy of Good" plan, he wants to get half of his 14,000 employees in Round Rock working from home.
