CBS/Time Warner Blackout Continues into Second Week

It’s looking like neither side is about to back down in the retransmission fees dispute between CBS and Time Warner Cable anytime soon. Time Warner customers are complaining, CBS ratings are down and the only clear winners here are the torrent sites.

One of the main motivations for people to download and stream TV-shows from unauthorized sources is availability. If fans can’t get a show through legal channels they often turn to pirated alternatives.
