Bill Introduced to Legalize Recording Feds Conversation

A bill has been introduced to make it legal for Americans to record conversations with government employees in an effort to hold Federal government officials accountable. As the law stands, recordings are only permitted with IRS officials.

The specifications of the bill allow individuals to record what could be loosely termed "protective" recordings -- the sort of recording that would prevent "he said/agency said" discrepancies further down the road.
