Hackable Hotel Room Locks to be Replaced by Manufacturer
Technology savvy thieves have been working overtime on hotels with a simple hack that bypasses room keycard locks . The vulnerability was discovered at the Black Hat security conference last summer.
But soon other hackers began posting videos to YouTube showing their refinements of the trick, tweaking it so that it consistently and effortlessly opened hotel doors.
