Apple Can't Ban Infringing Samsung Products Until December

In a surprise move on Tuesday, Judge Lucy Koh revised her timeline to hear post-trial judgement requests. The original date was September, but has changed that to December 6th. This means that Samsung gets a temporary reprieve in the products Apple wants to have banned.

The delay can't make Apple happy — but to be fair, Koh did warn that she had an extremely crowded court calendar immediately following the trial, so this kind of delay is something both parties knew was a possibility.
