Apple to file for An Injunction, Samsung Files Appeal

This news on the heels of one of the largest monetary awards in history is no real surprise: Samsung will appeal the ruling and Apple will take appropriate measures, filing an injunction to stop the sale of all impinging devices. The music has stopped, but the dance continues.

Samsung confirmed it will file post-verdict motions to overturn this decision. If these legal maneuvers fail, then the Korean company will file an appeal.
