‘Cloak’ Protects Apple Devices from Snooping

In a strange twist of fate, two ex-Microsoft engineers have developed cloaking software to prevent snooping on Apple products over public Wi-Fi networks. The idea for ‘Cloak’ came from the development of ‘Firesheep’, a hacker tool for intercepting data from wireless hotspots. The team is now working on developing the same concept for Android and Windows based products.
