Facebook Moves to Dismiss NY Man's Ownership Claim

Dear Mark Zuckerberg, you could have bought this guy off with a quarter of what you've spent on lawyers.

Attorneys for Menlo Park, Calif.-based Facebook and its founder Mark Zuckerberg say they've proved over several months that the two-page contract and emails on which Paul Ceglia's lawsuit are based are fraudulent. Ceglia's lead attorney, Dean Boland, says the lawsuit can't be dismissed just because the findings of Facebook's experts contradict those of Ceglia's experts.
