North Korea Makes Mobile Phone Users 'War Criminals'

As if things in North Korea aren’t bad enough, now if you are fortunate enough to own a cell phone, you aren’t allowed to use it during the 100- day mourning period for deceased dictator Kim Jong-il. If you do, you are considered a war criminal and go straight to the salt mines…..or whatever they have there. big grin

The regime has been weakened by years of economic mismanagement and stagnation and there are apparently fears in Pyongyang that the death of Kim could trigger public unrest.
