Chinese Court Rejects Lawsuit Over Apple Name
It’s obvious that the Apple name doesn’t pull as much weight with the courts in China as it does in the US. A Chinese court sided with Proview Technologies and upheld their claim to a lawfully registered usage of the iPad name. Take that Apple. 
Proview has taken legal action against Apple, demanding ten billion Yuan (roughly $1.5 billion USD) over copyright infringement.
