AT&T Prepared to Sell Part of T-Mobile for Merger Approval

We reported earlier this week about the lawsuit filed jointly by the Department of Justice and the FCC. To sweeten the deal from AT&T’s standpoint, the company will offer a plan to sell off as much as 25% of T-Mobile to meet government criteria for the merger and avoid a court date with the DOJ and FCC.
