Hitachi Announces Enterprise SSD Using Intel NAND
Hitachi GST unveiled a new enterprise-class solid-state drive based on Intel NAND and SSD technology. The new Hitachi Ultrastar™ SSD400M uses 25-nanometer multi-level cell NAND as part of the two companies’ joint development. It will be on display at the Intel Booth #413 during Flash Memory Summit at the Santa Clara Convention Center from Aug. 9 to Aug. 11.
