Go Daddy to Sell .xxx Domains

Get them while they are hot….and about to get hotter. Domain name merchant Go Daddy is about to jump into the marketing of the long awaited .xxx domain to the masses. This is a move that surprises few; just the details will be the real surprise. Go Daddy hasn’t released the pricing schedule, but general consensus puts the bottom line price at or about $75 to match the competition.

ICM currently plans to launch a 30-day "sunrise" period, during which trademark holders can protect their brands by paying a one-time fee to block their brands in .xxx, in early September.
