Barnes and Noble Considers Buyout Offer
Barnes and Noble has been offered a tidy sum to sell its brick and mortar stores, its online presence and of course, the Nook. Media magnate John Malone of Liberty Media plans to purchase the company and compete with the likes of Apple and Amazon.
