Netflix Is Not 30% Of Internet Traffic

So which one is it? Is Netflix really 30% of all internet traffic, or not? Today, according to this guy, it isn't. Tomorrow, someone else will call this guy a tard and claim that it is.

This Netflix-is-the-Net thing started in earnest in the fall when bandwidth tracker Sandvine released a report [PDF] explaining how Netflix was 20% of downstream Internet traffic during peak periods. That number was cited everywhere. Now Sandvine is out with a new report, saying that Netflix represents 30% of all Internet traffic. And around we go again.
