Courts Rule Porn on Work Computer a Firing Offense

Rule #1 at work: No porn surfing on your company computer….always remember to bring your own laptop. The 7th US Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of the school system in upholding the dismissal of an eleven year teacher for searching the term "blonde" on the school’s computer. That’s what I would call one tough school system.

The ruling is the second in as many weeks granting employers boundless power over their employees’ computer use.
