NVIDIA Losing Market Share to AMD and Intel

According to this news item, NVIDIA is losing GPU market share while AMD and Intel are both gaining.

AMD went from 24.2% to 24.8% in marketshare, Intel from 52.5% to 54.4%, and Nvidia from 22.5% to 20.0%. For year over year numbers, AMD gained 3.3%, Intel 4.8%, and Nvidia lost 8%. Given that total shipments grew about 10% for the quarter, the only surprising thing is that Nvidia actually lost ground there too.
