Disney Sues Dish Network Over Free Starz Offer

Is Dish Network having a terrible week or what? They were just ordered to pay TiVo $500M now they are being sued by Disney. Ouch.

Satellite TV provider Dish Network Corp has been sued by Walt Disney and Starz Entertainment for giving away popular movies, including "Disney's "Toy Story 3" and "Alice in Wonderland." Disney filed a copyright suit against Dish, while Starz is suing Dish -- the second largest U.S. satellite TV provider with more than 14 million subscribers -- for breach of contract.
