$50M Damages For Android Location Tracking?

This lady must've bumped her damn head if she thinks she is going to get $50 million in damages from Google for location tracking. Eric Schmidt could push you off the Empire State Building on a live streaming YouTube video and you aren't going to get $50 million. roll eyes (sarcastic)

Google’s Android Operating System, track their whereabouts "just as if by a tracking device for which a court-ordered warrant would ordinarily be required." The plaintiffs seek to represent other Android phone users in a class-action lawsuit, as well as at least $50 million in damages.
