Linux Adds 10K Users Overnight

Canonical has scored a major coup with the addition of a German Insurance company and their combined total 10k computer systems, all to be running Ubuntu. The company has been running Ubuntu on some of that number, but recently decided to convert all of the computer systems over at once.

Few businesses buy Windows out of great love for Microsoft so much as the belief that Redmond is a rock of relative stability in an industry in which companies have in the past come and gone, leaving applications unsupported
