Sprint CEO Blasts AT&T/T-Mobile Mega-Deal

Dan Hesse is not a happy camper these days since the announcement of the merging of AT&T and T-Mobile. The deal is now under review for compliance with the Communications Act and FCC rules. The Sprint CEO expressed his fears over the deal holding the industry back due to lack of competition.

AT&T's deal, announced in March, would concentrate 80 percent of U.S. wireless contract customers in just two companies -- AT&T/T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless, a venture of Verizon Communications and Vodafone Group Plc.
