Man Sued by Apple Support for Complaining Gets New iMac

That is one way to cut down on complaints...sue your customer! The good news is that the lawsuit was withdrawn a few days before the actual court date and the guy did finally get an iMac. The bad news is that the guy still has to figure pay his legal bills.

A Greek man who was originally sued by an Apple certified service centre for complaining about service has now been given a new iMac. The support company in question – Systemgraph – seem to be a little confused, first suing the man 200,000 Euros, then withdrawing the lawsuit, and now giving the man a brand new iMac.
