Yahoo Sells Off Delicious

If all of the reports on this rumored sell are correct, Yahoo will be cutting the bookmarking web service from its ranks for a reported $5M. Considering Yahoo was rumored to have paid $18M for the service in 2005, the investment has obviously not been a profitable one for Yahoo.

"We're actively thinking about the future of Delicious and we believe there is a home outside the company that would make more sense for the service, our users and our shareholders."
