Amazon, Google Sued Over Instant Search

I think this would definitely be classified as a David and Goliath moment. A small search software company called MasterObjects, is suing both Google and Amazon in a patent infringement lawsuit. The company has a legitimate claim on the Instant Search software, but battling two internet giants is definitely an uphill battle.

Neither Google nor Amazon has responded to the actions. Google rolled out its instant search technology back in September 2010; rival search engine Bing just introduced a similar feature this month.
