College Student Sues FBI Over Tracking Device

Last October we ran an article on a California college student who discovered a strange device attached to his car. The device turned out to be an FBI tracking device and the student is now bringing suit against the FBI and the Justice Department for violation of his civil liberties.

He says he soon found out it was a wireless tracking device using satellite GPS technology that could transmit his whereabouts to those who apparently were monitoring.
