Twitter Suspends Parody @ceoSteveJobs Account
People are up in arms over Twitter closing a Steve Jobs parody account. Here come the "freedom of speech," "censorship," "parody" people with their pitchforks. ![]()
Back in January, it turns out that Twitter received a complaint about the account from Apple, in which Apple noted that the account is in violation of Twitter’s parody account policy as it didn’t clearly state in the account name that it was a parody. Thus, it could be mistaken for a real account (which it was, by a considerable amount of people).
