IT Graduates Not 'Well-Trained’

A recent survey of employers finds IT graduates lacking in needed skill sets to run IT departments. The survey indicates the problem doesn’t necessarily lie with the graduates themselves, rather with the learning institution and their curriculums.

The study found nearly 4 out of 10 respondents report that their IT hires are not sufficiently prepared to perform jobs within their companies.
