Disney Buys Togetherville
The Disney Company is now in the social media business with the acquisition of Togetherville, a family oriented "neighborhood" of pre-teens and ‘approved grownups’. Togetherville is a California based company launched last year.
"There are no strangers, no avatars and no anonymous usernames in a Togetherville neighborhood," the service explained at its website.
