Microsoft Releases Windows 7 SP1 on Tuesday

On Download Tuesday, Microsoft will officially make available Windows 7 Service Pack 1 to the masses. SP1 was released to MSDN and Technet subscribers last Wednesday. The Service Pack will be available directly through MS Download Center or by Windows Update.

For users, Windows 7 Service Pack 1 doesn’t pack any new features, but is a bunch of cumulative security updates and hot fixes
