DirecTV Drains Customer's Bank Account

And the "feel good" story of the day is brought to you by DirecTV. Wait a second, this isn't a feel good story, this is a "drain my bank account to pay a dead person's bill" story! Isn't the age of technology great? big grin

The woman referred her friend to DirecTV a few months ago, but when that friend died unexpectedly, DirecTV debited at least $800 — without notifying her — from her bank account to pay for her late friend's unpaid service.
