Described as a fast growing game development cluster, Quebec is garnering its fair share of brand name studios that call the region home. Aided by tax cuts, an abundance of talent and lower costs, Quebec specifically and Canada in general are rapidly overtaking other areas of the world.

The point of the report (IMHO) is to show that Canada is doing everything right when it comes to education, tax breaks, and providing opportunities to developers.
