Lenovo, NEC Announce PC Joint Venture
In a move to capture a larger share of the Japanese computer market, NEC has partnered with Lenovo, the fourth largest computer manufacturer in the world. The joint venture is expected to be completed by June 30th.
The advantage of the joint venture will be in combining NEC's product development capabilities with Lenovo's procurement resources, the companies said.
