Google Offers In the Works

According to documents obtained by Mashable, Google is preparing to take on Groupon for the coupon trade. Groupon recently turned down a $6B buyout bid from Google and obviously this new venture by Google is the result. The new service will be called Google Offers

Which just goes to show you: If you turn down Google, you should expect Google to invest a lot of money in attempting to blow you and your company out of the water.
